Cancellation Policy

Entry & Service Policy : For security purposes, we require written authorization from the client to enter the home prior to the scheduled service. If someone will be present at the home during the service, we require that an adult (18 years or older) be on the premises. Please note that minors must have a relative or guardian supervising them at all times. Should these requirements not be met, we reserve the right to cancel the service. This policy ensures the safety and comfort of all parties involved. Cancellation Policy: We kindly request that you cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this timeframe will allow us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, a cancellation fee may apply. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Satisfaction guarantee: If you're not completely satisfied with our services, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll gladly return to make it right at no additional cost.
